Dr. Charles Clasen
Charles T. Clasen, III, M.D., received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine after completing his undergraduate training at Rice University and doing post-graduate work at the University of New Orleans. He completed general surgery training and a plastic surgery residency at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and his hand surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Clasen has received multiple awards including the Aesculapian Society Teaching Award and the Urban Maes Award in Surgery. He also participated in research projects with the National Cancer Institute and National Science Foundation.
